CALENDAR |
ISTECH operates on a semester system consisting of three thirteen-week semesters per year: Spring, Summer and Fall. The semesters start in January, April, July and September respectively.
|
ATTENDANCE POLICY |
As responsible adults, students are expected to attend classes. Whether present or absent, students are held responsible for announcements made, and all work covered in class sessions. In cases of illness, medical emergency or other crisis situations, you should notify the office. Once you have returned to campus, it is your responsibility to contact each faculty member and work with him or her to make up any studies missed. The faculty member will determine whether make-up privileges are granted.
Absences due to illness of the student, serious illness in the immediate family, or extenuating circumstances, generally carry no penalty.
At the beginning of each semester, faculty informs students about their policies on attendance, makeup privileges and acceptance of assignments after established deadlines. Faculty will take note of excessive absences and report them to the office.

Application fee is non-refundable.
Tuition fees are refundable in cases where withdrawal from courses occurs within the time periods specified below.
Before the class session, full refunds will be made. From 4 to 8 class sessions, 75% fee will be refunded. From 8 to 16 class sessions, 50% fee will be refunded. After the 16th session, no refunds will be made.
Distance Education Refund Policy
